Had an oven fan that was on the way out. Emailed Tracey on a Sunday afternoon, thinking that I would get a reply on the Monday, when Tracey replied less than 15 minutes later. They said they would be here at 8am, and they arrived early, gave the oven the once over and had it all done and dusted in less than 30 minutes! Thanks for such great service and my wife was very impressed, and very happy to have fully working oven again!

I'm thrilled my oven is as new, very friendly no fuss no mess job, even repositioned my slightly off centre oven a new bulb in my exhaust fan, highly recommend Mr Oven absolutely brilliant!

Very happy with the advise about our oven.Unfortunately they don't make ovens the way they used to and it's best to buy a new oven than to repair. This time we bought Australian made and not made in China. Hopefully will last longer than the warranty.

Said could fix the oven and I waited 4 weeks no contact. Upon calling after 4 weeks was told couldn’t help us, no refund on the 95$ call out to tell us he could fix it when he couldn’t. Don’t trust this guy

I put in a request to have my oven looked at I think it just needed a new element .I didn't receive any response after five days .
