Bought the mushroom steak pie not long ago and disappointingly mostly starch and not much ingredients in it. Wasn't like that before.

Tried the almond croissant and have mixed feelings - it has all the makings of being fantastic with delicious almond filling and flaky croissant layers, except the croissant pastry tastes stale and tastes like it's two days old. Might come back early morning some time to try a fresh one, perhaps they just age poorly throughout the day?

Proper heavy rye bread, so yummy and healthy at the same time. We also like that items are offered with Spelt as an alternative for Wheat. Best Croissants!I revise my comment. Just bought a wild berry muffin. Took one bite, it tasted horrible. Opened the muffin: many berries inside were mouldy, the dough was liquid and the muffin stank. When showing the muffin to the sales assistant, she said that there was nothing wrong with the muffin. No sorry, no apology, no refund. I'll find a better bakery!!!!!

Amazing little bakery. We had some Ciabatta Rolls and Whole Grain Bagels with Sunflower Seeds. Yummy! The prices are very fair and the staff was super friendly.

Had a discussion with the manager about their take-away cups. No need to serve single use plastic anymore especially if you dine-in. Coffee mugs aren't recyclable due to the plastic linen. The manager couldn't see my point and didn't promise any change. This is Freo! Try to be a part of it
