Excellent workmanship, sent them a wedding picture frame that had suffered a bad fall and was damaged almost beyond repair. Was as advised that the picture had been stuck to the frame wrong using tape which would cause picture to brown. The frame had sentimental value as it was actually used in the photos. Repaired the frame and attached the picture correctly. Staff were very friendly and the repairs were reasonably priced.

Highest praise to Shane and staff at The Framing Factory; always very professional and friendly, and they look after artists! Also had a shadow box frame completed recently and it was superb, thanks to Vanessa's professionalism. Highly recommended on all levels.
