Pretty cool little store, my missus loved it, I as someone who was a first time customer Omer felt a little bit like Id walked in to a bakery hospital. There isn't much colour for a place that's all about decorating. Maybe that's on purpose, or maybe it's not, either way, it'd be awesome to see something other than white, when you already walk in completely unrelated to the purchase in question.

Just expensive.... Ridiculous for kids bloody cake.. it's a kids birthday cake, not a 200 dollar master piece. Gezz wished I'd never called....must be nice to spend that sort of money, but we live in the real world. Spending $200 on a 7yrs old cake is absolutely not realistic..

The new, expanded store layout is a winner and they still have the same friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Have no idea about cake decorating but needed a dog themed cake at short notice. Emailed a photo of my dog and ten minutes it was printed onto edible icing..so easy.

The 1 star would be for the products only. The Staff have Terrible service. I was in the store with 3 other people, one man was ordering a cake and the others were happy browsing. From the time I entered the shop looked around and needed to ask for help, not 1 of the 3 people working there said a word to me. I then waited at the counter for several mins for some help and the staff just looked at me and ignored me. My 58 year old mum was going to take it upon herself to find a ladder in the shop to help me get what I needed. Absolutely terrible service, If you don't know exactly what you need, don't even bother with this place. Try Lollipop Cake Supplies or Cakers Warehouse.

Been to the Nerang store for almost 4 years now, I used to work at a cake store and usually had to pick supplies up. Decided to go back today (Saturday 2nd 10am) to grab a cake box for myself. There were a couple other people in the store as expected. Initially I heard the two staff members working the register complaining about the internet being down. Clearly nothings changed there as there has ALWAYS been internet or eftpos problems at that store. I asked one of the women for help with a cake box and she literally just pointed up the back for me and did answer in quite a rude tone. An older man in front of me had said his wife had made an online pickup order - he got rude responses from both women again “well if it was ordered last night it won’t be ready till Monday.” Another woman was looking for a specific item, to which the staff member responded “well we got our delivery last night and haven’t even had 5 minutes to open it yet” okay, well go look? It’s like everyone who was working almost didn’t want to work or rectify the situations they were dealt with, and it’s honestly always been that way. Whenever the internets down it’s not their fault, whenever an edible imagine I went to collect wasnt ready it was never their fault. Always the customers fault, for ordering at the wrong time etc. Thought the service at this place would have gotten better over the years but definitely not. I’ve been to this place a lot and can never ever say I’ve walked out with a positive experience or even a “have a lovely day”. They may be amazing bakers, but their customer service skills are clearly lacking.

This place has everything you need for your cake decorating and making. My wife took a class and they taught her how to make a beautiful unicorn cake and it was the yummiest thing she ever made. 10/10 for Cake Boss

Always buy way more than I need.
