I bought a second dress for my wedding from here and had the best experience in doing so. Jess was so wonderful and really helped me decide which of the many contenders was best for me. This store is full of so many wonderful pieces too, I'll definitely be returning again.

Beautiful dresses and incredible customer service!I bought a medium sized Winona dress to wear as a bridesmaid at a friend's wedding then found out I was pregnant. As the wedding had been delayed due to COVID, it had already been several months since I purchased the dress. I contacted Winona to arrange an exchange for a large to accommodate my bump. While it was well outside of their usual exchange period, the customer service team were very understanding and made an exception. As my belly continued to grow, I realised I was probably being a little optimistic and would likely need an extra large. Again I contacted customer service and while they no longer had the colour and size I needed, they sent several photos comparing the colour I needed with a very similar colour they had available. I ended up purchasing the extra large in the other colour so that I had options as I grew and tried to extrapolate my belly size. When I figured out which dress the return, the customer service team were again wonderful and kindly arranged a refund for me. I'm so grateful as it would have otherwise been quite a stressful and expensive process if I couldn't return the unworn medium originally. Thank you Natalie, Jess and Lara!

My sister and I had the most amazing experience at Winona!! The staff were incredible and helped me so much in finding a great bridesmaids dress. I have never felt so comfortable while shopping and receiving assistance. Would definitely go back had beautiful dresses and a great vibe!!!

Beautiful pieces, in a gorgeous store! Definitely worth the effort to find a park. I know I can always pick up something special, as there is so much to choose from. Lace styles and dresses are their signature and they do it so well! I always get compliments whenever wearing Winona from people wanting to know my style secrets! Worst possible customer service I have ever experienced!!!! I purchased a dress that had shrunk after I washed it to manufactures instructions. After 2 visits to the store to show staff who had undeniably agreed. They also steamed the dress to bring it back to its normal size. It did help a little but was never a size 10 !!!! Thats the size I bought ! So the dress goes off to be reviewed by their TEAM! After numerous long emails that babble on about fabric and design etc etc Winona couldn't just let bigons be bigons and admit the dress had shrunk. So I was presented with a $50 gift voucher! Thats not going to fix my $280 dress that I can no longer wear! . Totally disgraceful!!!!!!
