Ordered a recliner chair for my father. Was told it would be in in 2-3 weeks. After waiting 6weeks still no chair, was told that they could get a different one for me at same price and would be here the next week. So I agreed. No chair next week was then told couldn't get it for a couple of weeks. Asked for my deposit back as they could not deliver what I ordered. Was told not a problem it would be sent to store by head office and they would give me a call to come pick it up the next week. No call so I rang them. Same story again. So another 4 weeks later still nothing. I will never shop here again.

I ordered an Australian-made lounge to my specifications and fabric. Great job. Perfect fit and well made.

Recently purchased the Atlas from Jan at LP Dubbo.Absolutely fantastic service, staff are always lovely and quick to respond to all our questions. Will definitely be returning for future purchases.Thanks again 10/10

Never do business with this store! I ordered a lounge and was told it would take 14 weeks. I never heard from them so i made contact at 16 weeks only to be told another 2 weeks, no further contact was made until i chased them up- still no lounge and was abused by the manager James over the phone for having the audacity to complain- lounge arrives after 22 weeks and I copped verbal abuse in the store from this manager and also a threatening phone call from him calling me the c word and telling me he was coming around to my house to give me whats coming to me. Lounges plus have taken no action against this employee - in fact he still keeps his job and lounges plus refuse to even speak to me to assure my personal safety.

Jan and the team are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Jan went above and beyond to keep us updated on our lounge. Jan is an amazing person and is a valued asset to the Lounges Plus team in Dubbo. Keep up the great customer service. Highly recommend Jan and the team to deal with.

I liked the range of options available as each can be made to requirements. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff.
