Went for the first time yesterday to pickup a fan control unit for my smoker and all I can say is WOW.The bloke I dealt with was so knowledgeable in every way, when it came to what could work and what wouldn’t work well with other cooks etc was fantastic.Additionally, he wasn’t trying to offload the shop to me, even knowing I could have easily spent more time and money it wasn’t forced.The product range is amazing and will defiantly be dealing with these guys again.

Bought the sizzler deluxe. Great price and came with wire grill for general cooking and roasts. That item normally $40 on its own.I wanted to pick it up, but the ordered hose was not in stock so they rang me to advise and save a trip until hose arrived.Great service.

Amazing service and great prices. I recently had an issue with a bbq that i had purchased through them 6 months ago - they were able to help me out virtually (as a result of covid) and in the process have gained a loyal customer. Have cooked on the cyprus grill from there many times and so happy with the results - excellent cooking size and very portable. Love it
