My pup went in for surgery today and I could not be happier with the service and love they provided to my pup! After surgery I had a phone call to explain how it all went and upon pick up the nurse sat down with me told all about his day, the surgery and aftercare. I just want to thank the team again for taking amazing care of Clyde! I highly recommend!!!

Hands down, the most attentive and caring staff there is. The ladies at reception are super stars! and always so so friendly, accomodate my dogs needs and take the time to listen. The vet’s are also one of a kind, they will always hear you out and suggest all the options moving forward.I couldn’t ask for a better team, and neither could Dave, he loves getting loads of pats and treats everytime we visit.

I highly recommend, my rabbits have all been spayed here and get vaccinated and a check up every 6 months. The staff are all friendly and helpful with any rabbit problems I’ve ever had

We visited Casey & Cranbourne vet today for the first time with our dog, we are absolutely thrilled with the service we received.When booking the appointment I choose to see any vet that was available, we had the wonderful pleasure on meeting Dr. Man Yi Leong who was fantastic.I loved her involvement and knowledge straight up, our amstaff really liked her to which he is aloof with strangers so this pleased me very much.The pricing is very comfortable, having a quote for a potential upcoming surgery that made us both feel comfortable with the pricing.The facility is well put together with an outdoor waiting area, cat area, easy accessibility to the scales to weigh your dog.We are thrilled we have found a vet that we are happy with in the area especially living in the area for 3 years!!

We have been bringing our two cats here for around 5 years. The staff (both admin and veterinary) are amazing!! So welcoming and friendly with both humans and animals. Our youngest cat - The Bishop - had to have emergency surgery and they were great with both with immediate care and after care. We also recently had to say goodbye to our other sweet little guy Mr Sweeney, they were so accomodating and gentle and helped us to come to decisions that were best for our furbaby and for us. They explained clearly, allowed us to come and spend time with him before we held him to sleep, they didn't rush us. so gentle and caring. I will be forever grateful for the care they gave him, and us.Thank you for your ongoing care CCVH.

Fantastic team, all staff are professional, compassionate and above all else put your animals first. Have always been happy with the care they have provided for all of my dogs past and present.

We have been bringing our pets for over ten years to see Leanne at this clinic. It started with a stray cat named Toby that we adopted & needed to be taught by Leanne how to give insulin shots to morning & night. We have had two maltese X dogs, Molly & Trixy who Leanne treated over the time, Molly passed away about four years ago & Trixy yesterday both by Euthanasia.I can't recommend Leanne highly enough for her caring & compassionate manner with our animals.
