Pack & Send Parramatta are Awesome, and came to my rescue. I had purchased an item online only to be informed that they could not deliver from Sydney to Tweed Heads. Pack&Send Parramatta, told me not to worry and they can help me. This was a large item. The company delivered my item to Pack&Send Parramatta, and the following day, Pack&Send Parramatta, delivered to me in Tweed Heads. I can not say enough about this company, they are amazing, professional and so polite. A BIG BIG Thank you to everyone at Pack&Send Parramatta. You are AMAZING!

The worst customer service ever! Use a service that has Australian employees please! I ended up paying $800 more just in custom clearance taxes because of their ignorance, I could save that money if they knew how to do their job properly. Indians at pack and send parramatta don't know how to treat people from other countries and should be trained on manners, respect and empathy. Also, they should be trained on communication: English skills and customer service. Not sure why this company hires such incompetent, rude and ignorant employees.

Thank You Vijay for such a friendly service! Item arrived within 4 business days from Sydney to Malaysia. Just a note, customers will find your place more pleasant & welcoming if it is cleaner and more organised. Having items & boxes lying around is not good work, health & safety practice. I was expecting a stocked up shelf of packaging stationery but it was half empty.Anyway, Thank You for being close by and available to customers who live around the vicinity.

Sent used kids clothing to Bali to a friend to help during the pandemic, $166, and was not explained that used clothing cannot be sent. From then on it was one disaster after another and at the end goods were to be destroyed. Long story and weeks and weeks of trying to have it sorted. They finally gave me a refund but in light of my experience I would never ever use them again. Beware!!!!!!
