It's nice to go to a restaurant that when asked about the food the reply is perfect as normal". The service is warm and welcoming and always get a happy welcome from the owner.This is my regular eatery when in Warrnambool and I always order the Chicken Caprice.When I tell people it's Chicken with Banana I get more shocked looks than warm ones but unless you have tried it then you can't judge.I agree it's different but I find it very tasty and I always look forward to it.Never take it off the menu please!!!"

Unfortunately we were greeted at the door by “hurry up and shut the door you are letting in the cold!” Couldn’t actually come in as there was 9 of us and she was standing in the way.She then interrogated me over the booking asking me what day I booked even though I was showing her the booking confirmation email.She then tried to force an order on us even though we were in the middle of ordering so it couldn’t be ours.Our food was amazing and the other staff were lovely but due to the greeting we first received we will never step foot in the building again due to her rudeness!!!

Had dinner tonight here and staff found us a table despite is being almost to capacity. The staff were very friendly, inquired often but not to the point of annoyance. The food itself was lovely- portions large yet not wastefully huge- and although the Chicken Caprice had the odd combination of chicken, coconut, mustard and fried bananas, it somehow worked to be a very tasty dish. My husband ordered a porterhouse steak and he stated that while it was a little chewy, it had a great flavour to it. The beer-battered fish in the seafood basket was superb. My sticky date pudding was quite nice yet a little dry. We will definitely return.

Lovely restaurant, with nice dishes and a good wine list. The staff were also very nice and ensured we had a great time. The steak and Atlantic salmon were highlights and the Pinot noir was fantastic. The decor seems a little dated, but wasn’t reflective of an overall great restaurant!

Fantastic food, well presented and full of flavour. We had the chicken avocado which was the best restaurant dinner we've had in a long time for the size and price. Beware of cocktails - super strong. We will be returning again soon to try out their desserts. Highly recommend.

Attended this venue for dinner during our family holiday. The food was surprisingly incredible and enjoyed by all. I had the Confit Duck. The staff were so friendly and engaging. I highly recommend this place for your next dining adventure.

Took ages to even get drinks on a less than half-packed restaurant. Had the soup of the day chicken and corn - I would not recommend at all. Bland and minced chicken was too salty. The seafood marinara was just okay. The steak and lamb were good tho. The lava cake was nice as well.The male staff who served us was very nice and patient. Good service.

My husband and I went there for dinner with high recommendation .The service was excellent and priced reasonable. The menu was extensive and very tasty.I had the chicken Caprice and hubby had the pork belly.They also do takeaway.There is a function room down stairs with a bar.They a special for $50.00 for a movie ticket with a 3 course meal.They even had Coopers beer which was a bonus for us as we are SA.So do yourself a favour and book a table and say Hi to Jonathan ,the owner.
