What a wonderful community atmosphere! Not to mention the awesome layouts!

Fantastic environment for hobbyist to go and spend time enjoying this awesome hobby everyone is welcomed and visitors especially, come down and check the club out, definitely would recommend.

If you don't have your own layout or just want to try a huge layout this place is great. Other members are friendly and helpfull

Very nice place and train layout, they could do with adding more detail to the HO scale layout cause then it would look great. Otherwise everything else is great

Yesterday I had a wonderful man deliver to my door an amazing prize that my autistic son Liam had won at an earlier exhibition in Liverpool close to our home. As i dont drive and Mortdale is a bit far by public transport this wonderful gent named Igor delivered it personally. Sadly Liam was asleep when he came but was very very excited to receive it when he woke up. We will definitely be visiting you all at Barry Street in the New Year. Had a wonderful time with my 4 year old son. I have a few HO model train sets all from the 1980s from my childhood. The guys helped us get them on the track and my 4 year old train obsessed son absolutely loved driving it" under their guidance. Was a great father son bonding time. Every one was super helpful and friendly. The most complex set I've ever seen. I take my 1 and 4 year old to conventions like the October long weekend exhibition. In retrospect I made the mistake of bringing my 1 year old here. I would say the venue isn't appropriate for 3 and under. Its a more complex setup and less open space. Add to that its up a flight of stairs so prams are pretty much out. That is not a criticism just a heads up. My advice is if your taking kids

Caters for anybody who is interested in model trains or trains in general, can spend hours here. Definitely worth a visit.

A brilliant experience for anyone interested in trains or model trains. Three sets of tracks, and local enthusiasts hanging about creating model train infrastructure. Only available certain days, call before you go.
