Friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommend Colin to others. It can feel a bit awkward inviting strangers in to do work, especially for a woman on her own, but I felt very comfortable immediately. I had also mentioned another project I have on the horizon and Colin took the initiative to think about this after and send me helpful images whilst at Bunnings of products that might be useful. All in all above and beyond I would say, including accommodating of an adjustment to my original project which he went out of his way to take care of the following weekend at no extra charge as he took responsibility for it, even though admittedly it was my fault as the initial job I hired him for was a two man job in the instruction manual and I got so caught up chatting to him that I forgot to give him a hand and he was just incredibly polite and got on with the job himself. The adorable French accent doesn't hurt either.
