Have ordered many parts from UBWH.. this will be last.. Recieved faulty product and warranty instructions are crap.. basically send it to the United States and follow RMA advice. So basically your on your own. No support.

Their website shows one price when you search for an item but that price is only if you're spending over $2,000 which is very misleading. We purchased a product to be delivered ASAP because they are in Perth and they charged us to pick it up! a $33 product turned into $40 because of a pick-up fee, and credit card fee.

No complaints or issues with buying from here! The particular product I purchased was UniFi CAT6 CMR Cable. Although I may have been able to get it cheaper from suppliers that are closer to me, UBWH was the only place I could find it in stock at the time. Everything regarding ordering and delivery was smooth and I got what I wanted in good time.

We use UBWH and find that they are super quick and super easy to deal with. Their customer service is one of the best in the industry.

Do not use this place as it is heavily over priced and in the process I also tried to negotiate to have an unopened item returned for refund as they were $100 more expensive than suppliers in Melbourne. Jake would not listen nor help me and in fact insisted on a 20% restocking fee. This is poor policies and should be looked at as Australian consumer laws dictate otherwise. If I had time on my hand I would easily take them to the ombudsman as I have a huge success with these type of transactions. By the way the owner does not need to reply to this as you already had a fair chance to negotiate with me and seeing that this is public do not try and fix it now.

Worst pick up service.Charge $21 just to pickup.No pickup address listed on website or easily available.Pickup is from a CTI logistics facility at 54 Miguel rd Bibra Lake.Pathetic system...
