Great remedial massage. Andy is a highly experienced and knowledgeable person - he was able to quickly identify and relieve tensions in my upper back and shared a few stretching tips to help improve my back pains. My flexibility has improved, and my pain has been reduced. Highly recommended him.

I ended up getting a remedial massage as my lower back and neck was sore. Andy had a great understanding of all my pain points after the initial assessment and was able to relieve a lot of the tension and stress causing me pain. Would definitely recommend Andy!
