We viewed several houses through them and on each occasion they were incredibly welcoming, professional and you can see they all genuinely love their work. Their professionalism and quality service in the recent sale of our home has been nothing short of a miracle. We had Emma's details stuck on our fridge and the only agent that included one in the random letters we often receive in our mail box, so we contacted her when we decided to sell our home. We liked her straight away, very professional in her presentation and explanation on the process and had a folder with all the information we needed which she left for us. Her friendly and down to earth nature is what we liked about her. Emma and Andrew went well over and above with the sale of my 90 year old mothers home, Emma met all my mothers needs and listened to her concerns about selling the home she lived in for over 30 years. What would of normally been a very stressful process went smoothly and the whole family had nothing but confidence in Emma having my mothers best interest at heart.
