Amazing service. Liam was able to fix my daughters 2 day old frozen iPhone with ease. He took the time to make sure we understood how to avoid the same issue recurring. Just a really great guy.

Yesterday went to riverlink to get a new screen protector. Asked if they had one for my phone and the male worker took the old screen protector off before checking they had one. Luckily one mostly fit. Waited for ages for him to get it on as he had a lot of trouble. They need to make sure they can put them on and put them on straight as well. Improvement is needed at the store.

Had the best customer service ever from Liam!!Kind, polite, patient and he knew exactly what he was doing.So thankful Liam was at the counter as he knew exactly what my daughter needed phone wise.Highly recommend!!!!!

Wouldn’t even give a star. They’re rude, can’t even fix a phone properly, and when my phone screen popped off they blamed me and tried to still charge me money to “refix” I refused then “discounted” it I paid it and it fukin broke again and popped off & there prices are a joke.

Joshua Howard, the young Asian boy who “works” here. He has discriminated against my character, made my friends cry and is treats women with a disgusting attitude. I am constantly bullied and harassed by Josh at Happytel, and ironically someone has backed him up on a google review only days after my incident. I will be going to the Ombudsman if the manager doesn’t resolve this issue.Do not go to HappyTel! They are discriminatory and very very rude, manipulative, the works. It’s like having a bad day is essential to rock up for the job.

I could not fault Liam's customer service very friendly and super helpful, pointed out a phone case that started to get my attention after Liam pointed it out, and with a little persuassion walked away with it. Definitely be back again if I ever need something.

If giving zero stars was an option I would have clicked it. Disgusting customer service, whomever the male working today (15/02/2023) is, he is the reason you’ve lost multiple sales today and I wouldn’t be surprised if this isn’t the first day you’ve lost multiple sales due to his putrid attitude towards people majority of them being women. He needs to remember that he doesn’t work at tiffany and co, he literally works at a device repair and case shop in Ipswich so he has no right to be talking to people like they can’t afford the products you sell.

Went in today with a screen protector to be fitted to my godsons phone, was told they don't usually do it for free as they sell those protectors, but to my delight they fitted it for me anyway. Thank you very much from a grateful old bloke.

Josh is very arrogant, speaks rudely to other staff and degrading to female clients. Not sure why Happytel keeps him employed. I would love to speak to head office about some of the inappropriate behaviour I have witnessed from Josh

Needed a new screen and battery for my Iphone 11 pro max in September 22, $360 later, and 4 trips back because their poor quality replacement screens keep crashing.Just went back for the 4th time and they say its no longer under warranty but will replace again for another $260.These guys are crimanals, buyer beware.
