Rude and arrogant staffs and manager. Never recommended!

We had a terrible experience with this centre a number of years ago. A few years ago, each family with a child at this centre received an email from management to inform them that they would be closing for a period of six months while they carried out renovations. They gave everyone just six weeks' notice of their intention to close the facility!! This happened in the middle of the calendar year, which made it near impossible for parents to secure childcare spots in alternative centres. And we're talking about a significant amount of people being left in the lurch....around 50 families! I'm aware of some individuals who were considering resigning from their jobs because they couldn't secure childcare elsewhere. The company would have known for months that they were going to be closing for renovations, but they kept quiet, and gave families the minimal amount of time required by contract to advise of their intention to close. I'll leave it for others to decide whether they feel they can trust an organisation that behaves in this manner.

The staff at OAC Turramurra are the most wonderful and caring educators we have ever had the pleasure of knowing. They looked after our children as their own and were instrumental in the development and guidance of our children. The empathy and personal touch shown was beyond expectation, and all the staff knew our children and their interests as well as where they were in their developmental stage. I cannot recommend them enough. We have experienced a number of daycare providers, and OAC Turramurra are very clearly superior to all others.

My three boys go to OAC and I couldn’t be happier. The team is always so helpful and friendly. The campus is great with lots of different spaces for them to explore. The food they serve is fantastic.Would highly recommend it!

I had the pleasure of being an OAC parent from 2016 until mid 2021. My son attended when he was 10 months old, and stayed at the centre until he began school this year. In that time my daughter also attended OAC from 2018 until this year when we relocated from the area.Our time with OAC Turramurra was incredibly special. This team is by far the most wonderful, caring and attentive group of educators I have come across. Their passion for their craft is evident in all their dealings. The staff are so warm and welcoming, everyone from the amazing Director, to the brilliant Room Leaders and Educators and even the super skilled Chef, who always had something amazing in the oven. They made the children feel so special, from looking for dinosaur puzzles at the shops on the weekend, to painting nails bright orange because it was my son’s favourite colour. Their attention was so much that it made me feel like my kids were the only children at the centre! They have incredibly creative ways of teaching concepts to the children, and I can credit OAC Turramurra with cultivating and nurturing my children’s love of learning and reading. They were always aware of which developmental stage we were at, and showed us great ways to deal with challenges we were facing.These incredible people are wonderful group of Educators who we were so lucky to have guide and support our children in those critically important foundation years. I cannot recommend this centre more highly.
