Having looked around for a lift to install into our new home we're building, we decided to go with West Coast Elevators. Upon entering their impressive showroom, we were shown varying lifts by the Sales Manager, Andrew. He was very informative and helpful in making our decision an easy one. In fact, we were so impressed that we referred them to a friend and he has placed an order with them too! As our journey with West Coast has just begun, I'll be adding a further review when our lift has been installed.

Another professional and efficient experience from WCE yesterday, especially with the help received from Jason. After our dog had tripped the door light beam and the lift got “stuck” 10 cm from the top, Jason calmly talked me through the reset process and got our lift operational again. His can-do attitude made this a pleasant experience altogether and he even made a follow up call later to make sure everything was still okay. We would like to commend Jason for a job well done.
