Amazing training style with a real understanding of both pup & owners needs.Instantly made to feel comfortable & old habits or bad routines quickly addressed & putting both myself & my 1yr old Golden Collie at ease.Stripping back to basics & the response from my pup was amazing & continues to astound me.Simple cues but consistent have & are paying off in folds...We tried other's before but im so pleased we found these guys without the noise & hype of others & nothing seems to be a bother.We are both very grateful for their ongoing & ease support offered when little things arise...I can not recommend H&C Dog Training enough & im thoroughly satisfied.

Life as a first time puppy mum is hard, but Cinzia has made training baby Luna a lot less confronting and stressful. She is super understanding of our situation with other pets in the household and helps us navigate puppy and cat living. Cinzia was so amazing with our 20month old Husky x Malamute. She took the time to walk us through the training and helped us understand what we'd been doing wrong when trying to teach him commands. Cinzia is helping our family to address behavioral issues with our 9-month-old sausage dog Rosie. Cinzia's calm and non-judgmental manner combined with teaching of simple and practical training methods have made it easy to implement the training on a daily basis. We have learnt a lot about dog behaviour and how to communicate with Rosie, and already seeing results.

Cinzia was attentive, caring and very patient while helping us train our pup. With his major issue being separation anxiety, it was important he felt safe and comfortable with his trainer and she delivered on that and more.
