I went to Electric Bug last Monday and signed up for a Thuraya sat sleeve sim card. Luke was incredibly helpful....I could not get it working over the day or so. I took it back to Electric Bug today, Thursday and again Luke was incredibly helpful, he sorted me out and got it going. I highly recommend Luke!!!..Thanks to Luke and his Boss!

Great service rang 9.30 Friday morning with questions re our 15 year old UHF which had stopped working. They had spares for repair. Arrived 1 hour later tried few options no joy. They suggested taking ours out repair and post to us on our journey. We chose to purchase new one. Traded ours in. They fitted while we had a coffee. Very reasonable price. Extremely happy. Totally recommended.

After sales service is the key. Not only do they know their products but they put customer service on another level. I purchased a GPS navigator a few weeks before the Adelaide caravans camping show from them and the item was considerably cheaper for the show. I enquired and mentioned I should’ve waited to buy it. The manager at the show took my name and number and refunded the difference. I don’t think too many businesses would’ve done that.Special thanks to Anthony. Why would anyone go anywhere else.
