Colonial Terrace Motor Inn

I stayed with my 2 grandaughters and we had such a lovely time. I gather it was the owner and his wife I met when arriving, they were lovely people and very helpful. Nice clean motels. The girls enjoyed having the pool to swim in. I would recommend this place to anyone .

We were worried about how noisy the room could have been, but it was so quiet. The room was well set out. Very comfortable.

Very very disappointing. As a travelling food vendor throughout different food festivals throughout NSW, we stay at a lot of motels and accommodation. Due to the nature of our business, festivals are often cancelled prior to going ahead due to weather conditions, so we book accommodation with a 24-hour cancellation policy if an event is cancelled.We have never had a problem with this in the past until we booked with the Colonial Terrace Motor Inn. My partner tried to call them on Tuesday before the Friday book in date but couldn't get through. She then called Thursday morning but again couldn't get through and eventually only got through on Thursday afternoon, obviously too late within the 24 period.My partner tried to explain to the owners of the inn, the situation but did not care and proceeded to withdraw the money from my credit card.I then called and asked out of goodwill if they could reverse the charges and they declined. Understand they are business too but really, I would never do something like this, very poor and obviously don't care about the customer, something as a business I would never do.Could easily have been a repeat customer as we regularly return to places but won't be now

Good enough place to its price.If you want to enjoy port stephens but couldn't find accommodation in it, this is a good place to stay. It's hardly 30-40 mins drive from all the main port stephens attractions. Check in and checkout was very easy even after hours. The rooms are clean. The bed was comfortable. In all I am happy with our stay there.

Nice place to stop on a long trip. Food and other services close by. Rooms were a bit old but comfortable and clean. Nice quiet location too.

Living in Raymond Terrace my visit was to the Yak and Yeti Restaurant. What a hidden gem. The meal was delicious and the waiter delightful. I would definitely recommend eating at the Yak and Yeti, I know I will be a regular diner. DELICIOUS

Nice clean rooms, very friendly staff and good food all at the one location.

Had an absolutely amazing stay. The food was fantastic. Clean room and comfortable beds. Our little one forgot her teddy after check out and the staff were more then accommodating for us to go back and save the day when she realised. Thanks guys!
