WOW !! Wife took 2 X 10yr old Thailand canvas paintings to Steve & the Rabbit waved his magic paws. They came up amazing set in glass frames.Thanks Steve.

These guys helped us out so much by doing a last-minute framing of a jersey for our Youth Pastor as a parting gift as he is moving - unbelievable service with a turn around that quick. Nothing like it. Will return for any framing needs I have in the future, you just can't find good quality service like this nowadays.

Disappointed in my experience today with the older man that works in this shop. It appears he was in a bad mood. The younger man was helping me out and was interrupted by the older man, who seemed to be micromanaging the poor fella.The old man asked me if my prints included an Indian painting, to which I couldn't recall. I frame art pieces frequently and only knew for certain that my diploma from QUT was in the order. The first item he picked up was not my work and the older fella became visibly frustrated. He stated people need to remember what they bring into the store." I apologised and reminded him that they have had the pieces for 2 months and that I knew my diploma was in there. The reception I felt was dismissive and rude. I told him that I'd not be returning and he replied "that's fine."There are less expensive options in the area and I'll be investigating those. It's sad to try and support a small local business and be greeted in such a way. I hope your day get's better mate

Articulate Framing on East/Limestone Street in Ipswich are fantastic. They restored a 40 year old picture and created a custom frame for an item of mine, just prior to Christmas. Fast turn around time, excellent craftsmanship, brilliant customer service and everything was handled with such care.

Absolutely over the moon with my framed portrait of my late treasured companion. The selection process was easy and there is a large array of frames on offer to suit most picture purposes. Excellent framing work with huge selection of timber peices to work with. The owner is easy to talk to about your own ideas then adds her helpful ideas to working the best layouts and colours that work with your home.

Was looking for a raw frame to stain and put a birthday gift / piece of art into.I was having a hard time trying to find a reasonably priced one anywhere.Parked at Coles and walked up and around the corner. Very easy to find.Steve was extremely helpful and professional. He was in the middle of a job and stopped to create from scratch a frame measured to the size for the artwork I brought in. It was all done within 10 minutes and Steve offered for me to bring it back should I face any problems after I stain it.Amazing service. Can't believe how satisfied I felt walking out. Definitely plan to return and recommending this store to anyone in the area re framing needs.
