Absolutely disgusted with the service at this store. My husband had nothing but problems purchasing 2 gifts for me. The wrong size ring was ordered even after I went in and provided my correct size. My husband went in to order a Pandora pendant and was told there were two types and was convinced into buying both. One was actually a charm, which was unsuitable as I don't have a charm braclet. He was then refused a refund on the charm and given a store credit instead, but the docket did not reflect this. We will never use this store again.
