Erin was kind and professional. It was my first experience with dry needling and Erin talked me through each step which helped me feel more comfortable about the process. It helped my knotted muscles relax quicker which meant that Erin's subsequent massage got deeper into my problem areas and I felt more relaxed afterwards. I would highly recommend Erin and Contours Massage Co!
