Never had any problems at this Office always found the staff to be caring, fast and efficient with their service. Majority of the Staff at this office just trying to do their best with what they have. The system is broken and they are working in and within a broken system, cant really blame them.

I went to Casuarina expecting a long wait & unhelpful staff. I only waited 20mins. Jose was a very helpful man and very friendly and fixed everything.

There was no access for wheel chair to get in. The security guard look like Indian rudely ordered to go in from step up door or leave wheelchair outside and go in. He doesn’t even have common sense?? How can people in wheelchair can go inside leaving wheel chair outside? Nobody helped to get inside from the the small door with step up.

I forget the name of the young man that help me yesterday in centrelink casuarina but he was so helpful, polite and really quick. Very professional and give an excellent service to the customer. He really help me ,unlike the one in palmerston staff there rude, unpolite and not helpful at all. I won't be visit centrelink in palmerston again.

4 Calls later and I still didn't get to speak with a consultant.My Gov self service is not loading and I need to report my income. Also I need to make an appointment with Human Resources.Instead of being satisfied with this service I am now stressed, anxious and very very bloody angry.

My father was taken Ill in Darwin off a cruise so urgent assistance required. The team here could not have been more helpful for my mum in helping her sort out Medicare documents and requirements. Mala was so caring and kind and we cannot thank her enough. She went over and above to help out as we are very grateful! Thank you Mala!

I've had 1 horrible experience with one of the staff members here. But 9 very pleasant ones. Don't forget that most of the staff here are just trying their best. Especially in this day and age, they deserve our patience and kindness.

Couple of stand out performers but no name badges so didn't know who I was speaking with.After well over 12 months of medical issues, not able to work (wanting to but could not), no benefits for 6 months FINALLY able to meet rent. Don't smoke, don't drink. Now the benefits I receive do not meet my rent however the IM program helps with food, fuel...the essentials. Not rent though because my Landlady refuses to sign paperwork accordingly (cash only) & up-ed my rent by $20/week. If I push her on this I fear eviction, homelessness.

I gave it 2 stars because everything was going fine until I met with the consultant. The ladies at the check in and the security guard where excellent and polite, but I could not believe the arrogance and condescending tone of which the consultant used.I whent in with a reasonably simple issue, I'm not the primary cardholder on my Medicare card and was having trouble linking my proof of vaccination with the check in app. After explaining this to the consultant, I was not met with understanding and the 'happy to help' attitude you would expect from someone providing a service to the public. Instead it was made out as though this simple request (which is literally her job to help people with) was some how a great burden to her and it was my fault for bringing it to her to deal with.She then proceeded to speak to me as though I was an invalid with exaggerated gestures as she guided me through the standard process (which I had already done prior to coming in). After finding that there was indeed an issue with linking the services she gave me a code I could use which is not made available to the public. This in turn fixed the issue of linking my Medicare to mygov.She then said that we would do a trial check to make sure it was working where I use the qr code to make sure it was working. After I checked in, she pointed to the logo and says yep
