I had the best experience in your store with your lovely and helpful staff when buying a wedding set of rings with my partner.After having a very negative experience at the Garden City store, I was made to feel completely at ease and comfortable in the Loganholme store.The lovely young woman explained everything so well and was able to offer a better deal than the previous store and I was so over the moon with the night and day experience we had.I can't wait for my rings to come in!

Awesome service! I rang 4 different Micheal Hill stores looking for a particular necklace and Ben was the ONLY staff member that offered to search other stores then arranged it to be shipped over to this store. Its rare to experience great customer service nowadays!

Had my engagement ring and wedding band sent away to be soldered.Hadn’t heard anything in 2 weeks so popped in to ask an ETA and advised they would be ready early the following week.Come late this week I hadn’t heard anything, tried phoning the store and was being sent straight to message bank. Called multiple times, left a message and no response.I jumped online and spoke with a team member on web chat who advised the store was closed for renovations and wouldn’t open for another week.I got quite upset that I hadn’t been informed of this when I was in store over the weekend. Especially now that it had been almost 3 weeks since handing in my rings.The web chat team member Regina was amazing and urgently passed on my details to the Regional Manager (who’s name escapes me…. Whoops!) to see what they could do to help.Within 3 hours the regional manager phoned me and advised he had found my rings and had them in his hands and offered to deliver them personally to another store of my choosing tonight to collect over the weekend.He apologised for the lack of correspondence and the delay.To be honest, I was doubtful that anything further would happen after the web chat - purely that Michael Hill is such a large ‘corporate’ company.I am just so impressed with the above and beyond level of customer service provided by the web chat agent AND mostly the Regional Manager.It’s so wonderful to know that people are still caring about you after the point of sale!HUGE Thankyou to Regina from the web chat team and the Regional Manager (whose name I wish I could remember). I’m so happy to be getting my rings back and being able to wear them for the first time since getting married.

My husband purchased a pair of gold heart earrings for my birthday, a lovely surprise.I didn't like them as I could see they would continually turn around on my lobe. The assistant placed the receipt in a special envelope so they could be returned if I didn't like them.I returned them within 24hours to be told that they don't do returns on earrings. They weren't just $50 earrings they were $150.I have never shopped here before and will never shop here again.What is the difference when someone tries a shirt on at home and yet can return it with a receipt in hand for an exchange or full refund.Michael Hill you need to take a good long hard look at your policies, and make your customers aware of the above, as we who need glasses for reading don't see your fine print on the bottom of your receipt.
