Called to get my dogs vaccine forms sent through to me as i had misplaced the original forms. When i called the receptionist was very unprofessional, not clearly stating that she was from the clinic. She didn't let me finish my sentence and she handed the phone to Dr Greg Hargreaves, who was also very rude. He ended up quickly hanging up on me, bluntly telling me that he doesn't keep copies of those specific forms. The whole clinic was very rude and unprofessional.
