This shop did not meet the health and safety standards, food was not stored properly, often contaminated, council food inspector please come to check all packages food put on the table without refrigerated

Pretty good service here. Friendly and calm staff. There’s plenty of staff to keep up with the busy times like lunch time. I got a crispy pork Bahn Mi with a little bit if chilli. It was perfect, not too spicy just right amount of kick. Tasted amazing.

This place is a FOOD HEAVEN! Especially on weekends, you will be amazed and super excited to see tons of food and snacks to choose from!They have mountains of Vietnamese and South East Asians fresh snacks and cakes, such as Bun Bo, 种子，sponge cakes, sticky rice, etc. There are also hot foods, such as bao and banh mi.The price is very competitive, it will only cost you 2 AUD for sponge cake. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Recommended!

One of the better ones in Springvale. Even the flavours are good, love the pate. Prices are decent. Staffing are average when it comes to giving you a smile…errrr.. but they do give you the service so who is to complain. They have a good variety of Vietnamese snacks & sweets too!

Always consistently good - an underrated place in Springvale (Bun Bun usually gets the unjustified attention). Have been coming for over 10 years and it's maintained its standard out of all the places in Springvale.

They sell a huge variety of sweets, but they also sell old out of date sweets. I arrives and asked if it was freshly made today, they say yes all fresh but when I got home and had some, finding out its definitely a few days old, cake was hard and dry. Fresh ones usually soft and moist. Never buy anything from them again.
