I had an issue with two faulty handles and Mick not only handled this issue promptly, but in a friendly and professional manner. Easy to find and plenty of parking is always a good start to a visit. The lass at reception was excellent and the sales consultant was pleasant, attentive and knew her subject matter. They made a sale to us and that is a solid testament

Their delivery time can stretch for months and every time it is estimated so they can just delay and you are at their mercy. If you cancel the order you need to pay hundreds of dollars for their delay. Is this even legal?

Extremely bad service- I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. Literally been chasing up the order everyday and getting a new delivery date every time. It has been over a month and they still messed up the order. I am not getting an exact delivery date. They promised the delivery three times but never rocked up. I spoke to one of the team members today and found out its not even ready. When I asked him about when the order is getting ready as I have organised a contractor for the works, his reply was How can I give you the delivery date

Can't say enough good things about Trend windows. Rick and Mick over at Trend have been nothing short of awesome. Horror run with the builder who left things unfinished but called Trend and they were more than happy to help. They are setting an example of how customer service should be handled. Kudos to you guys, keep it up.
