Beware! We used this company for our managed IT services and our experience with nothing short of horrific. Over a few short months we experienced 3 successful hacking events as a result of anti virus software not being installed on our server (despite being told otherwise) and no backup monitoring resulting in 6 weeks of company data being lost and not recoverable. I would hate for anyone else to experience what we went through.

We needed some help with Office 365 that another company set up for us. CDM was able to fix the Sharepoint file access issues we had very quickly; they even showed us how to brand our Office 365 to our company colours with our logo. The team were very easy to deal with and ensured we knew what was happening at all times - it was especially impressive that they did a migration after hours within a short time frame for minimal business disruption. High recommended.
