Staff member not helpful over the phone or in store. Refused to to help with a faulty pair of jeans. Went to another store they offered exchange or refund right away. Will never shops at Rhodes store!

Really impressed with the warm and friendly service from Monica and Sol today. They have a great eye for detail and went above and beyond for me to locate a size at another store - thank you so much ladies!

I shopped at Decjuba Rhodes recently and bought some beautiful items - the staff were lovely and helpful. When I realised later I’d lost my glasses, I contacted the store to check if I’d left them there. Elle messaged all the staff to check if they had seen them and got back to me a short time later. Above and beyond service - thank you Elle! I’ll definitely make this my preferred store.

Absolute best customer experience today being served by Maddie. I purchased some jeans online and they didn't fit correctly, called to see if I could exchange in store. Maddie invited me to come in and offered to help if I did. I arrived in store and Maddie honestly went above and beyond to find jeans that would be suitable for me (I'm 7 months pregnant). I found the most comfortable pair thanks to Maddie. Highly recommend and can't thank enough!!

I’m a big fan of Decjuba. Absolutely love their streetwear and it is well designed for mums!Just wanted to give a big shout out to the girls at the Rhodes, NSW store. Elle their manager is amazing, she helped me out with a new wardrobe late last year and I have kept coming back. Michaela the 2ic is such a beautiful lady, she always assists with new products and gives great styling advice, and always is willing to help if I ever needed an exchange. Every time I walk in I’m greeted with a big smiles & all the girls are so attentive in what I am holding or wanting to try on - always willing to take it to the change room no matter how much I have in my hand. The customer service is absolutely over the top. I won’t go anywhere else!!
