Really happy to have locks fixed! Saxon came on time and fixed all but one lock which he needed to replace. He was very thorough, clearly communicated the issues and any costs and made sure that everything worked well. On one lock we had two previous people from different companies have a look. This has been the first satisfactory result!

Aiden Hiron in their showroom promised that all ML locks could be managed by a single app, then supplied a Dormakaba unit. When I realised that it was not branded as ML and queried him, he said it was the same as ML, but we can't manage it via the ML app. Essentially, too bad, go away.Combine that with Sally not calling me back re the intercom install, then the install being a 2 day ordeal (have to say that Nick the sparky was great though, did his best throughout with a good attitude), the whole experience with SLP was the worst. Won't use again.

Good service! Just wish our keys were cut before we arrived.Edit: Ive brought up my frustrations on the phone about this and they never suggested our business pay ahead of time so they can be cut and ready. That's perfectly fair.
