My family and I had a few dresses and pants alterations done by this business. They cut the dress sleeves, dress length and pants length too short. Upon picking up the garments, I told the woman that I was not happy with the dress sleeve length as it was 5cm cut too short and the pants length were also cut too short than what we had agreed with the original measurements. The women who served me was extremely rude and said to me ‘well we can’t be happy with everything in life, but people still choose to come back because we can stuff up and get away with it’. I inform the woman that we won’t be coming back, and I will give them a bad review but not only she didn’t care, she just threw the money change at me.

The staff were super helpful, friendly, and happy. The prices are on par with any school uniform shop. No eftpos available, so take cash. There are change rooms, and the ladies can alter anything right on the spot. Amazing!

Absolutely shocking experience, I came here because of the wonderful reviews only to experience the complete opposite. I understand that it’s back to school season and there is a high demand for alterations as the shop was semi busy when I came in to get one of my bridesmaids dresses altered. It wasn’t a big ask I simply asked if I could get a bit of the length chopped off only for the lady to ask when I needed it by I said next month and she dismissed me and told me to wait because she’s dealing with back to school rush, at the end she couldn’t assist me because my bridesmaid didn’t bring her shoes completely understandable, but the way she told me was very rude, she questioned why I came in a month early of my wedding to get my bridesmaid dress altered and I only needed to bring it in for 2 days before my wedding. Absolutely inconsiderate of a wedding timeframe as any bride wouldn’t want to leave alterations even a month before a wedding. No people or communication skills, not professional at all, I wouldn’t recommend any bride/bridesmaid to get their alterations done here.

Great place to get pants hemmed, $8 a pair and is usually done within 10 mins of walking in the door. Local business with nice ladies.

Excellent service. Friendly ladies.Great for alterations, often done in a few minutes while you wait. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The ladies are sewing whizzes. They even pin up your clothes to the length that you want before sewing them!
