Gracemere Car Wash
Bloke that we spoke to over the phone stated the vacuum cleaners down there can be operated by using your card. That option is not available in Gracemere. One vacuum was not working kept on spitting out the coin. Was the correct coin. Suggest maybe putting an ATM down there for those who don't have cash.

Easy access and easy to use.Good prices. Vacuums and plenty of user-bays.Wheelchair freindly.Still the same choice of operation, with a fair time out, on all functions of the system.

Gracemere Car Wash
Decided to use the automatic car wash(which I spent $16 on) and it did barely anything. I could have easily done a better job just spraying my car with the hose.

Just went to the automatic carwash part and paid the $12 to get my car washed. Just for it to tell me after I pay that its closed til 00:10 so I waited the 12min andSurprise surprise it didn't do anything and wouldn't wash my car. I have the receipt and will be returning in the morning to get back the money that your machine chewed. Thank you have a good day.After coming into the carwash to.explain what happened the man was polite and was happy to either give me my money back or go through the car wash. Lovely customer service. Thank you for your time.

Paid for automatic car wash, it took payment but then didn't work. I had to pay a second time for the machine to work, and even then the quality of the auto car wash was terrible. Tried contacting the car wash on their advertised number, left a message, and never heard back from them to rectify the situation. Won't be visiting again.

Auto cleaning took my money and the wash failed to work. Tried to manually clean car and the pressure hose had a split, soaked myself in water and soap. No phone number to call, only on google. Very disappointed

Went in coin machine not working like all in Rockhampton car washes and eftpos is in Chinese. Were in Australia so make it english. Drove back out and wont be back.
