I had a warranty issue with my DB2 Robotic Pool Cleaner. I received a very quick response from Layne their representative, who organised the repair. Followed up by Russell in the service department. The assistance, advice & service provided was outstanding. A very professional experience with a great outcome.

Contacted Maytronics Qld and spoke to Dee who was very helpful and supplied details of a local dealer. Purchased the DOLPHIN M500 locally after seeing it in action and thorough inspection of the pool cleaner itself. The M500 is quite heavy and solid unit. Alot of negative reviews regarding the M500 are due to the fact people are lazy and expect they can just leave"it in their pool continuously and in water chemistry NOT recommended by the manufacturer and expect it to last forever. I take mine out after every session and give it a nice clean and store it inside our pool shed out of the weather and leave the filter compartments OPEN!...Simply to let moisture and water to dry out and keep the electronics DRY....this unit is a great work horse and if looked after will repay for itself. .... l always ensure the water chemistry is in the recommended levels and had the Dolphin M500 for 9 months with no issues....our dealer gave us 4 years warranty and we're very happy with it."

Power unit to my robotic cleaner stopped working. Took it to Maytronics Braeside who not only looked at unit while I waited but gave me a new replacement under warranty. Very prompt, polite and efficient service! Well done guys!

Had an issue with my Dolphin DB2 power unit. Rang the 1300 number & spoke with Maria (Braeside, Melbourne). What a breath of fresh air...Maria was polite, courteous, knowledgeable & above all else, helpful. She sourced a replacement power unit, which i collected with absolutely no hassles.Cannot recommend highly enough.Thanks for all your help Maria.

Awful and unsupportive. Too busy with their noses up in the air. 30 years in the industry and cannot recommend Dolphin aka Maytronics.
