Star Car Wash - Westfield Bondi Junction P4

I had my car cleaned this afternoon here. I payed $135 for a regular clean inside and out and a leather treatment. when I got back to my car everything inside was greasy including my windshield. my mirrors were left greasy and dirty as well. the main issue which has really made me angry was that they broke the whole panel of buttons inside my Mini Cooper. I have never experienced an issue with my buttons until returning to my car after having it cleaned here and noticing they do not work anymore and the panel has been broken. I will be asking for them to pay for the cost of fixing the damage they have caused along with a refund for the service.

Both my wife and I have been regularly cleaning our cars here for years, nearly always the $59 clean. Very surprised at the negative reviews as the cars have always been cleaned (very) well, inside and out. Nothing wrong with the service either. Convenient place to drop the car off and go up to Westfield.

Gave us advise on what was needed, (full detailed cleaning outside and wax and inside)1 1/2 hour, just the right time to do our shopping upstairs, did the job beautifully, finished on time (ten minutes earlier). Nice smiling guy. 149 AUD, not cheap, but very happy with the result. Found my sunglasses hidden between seats. Will come back

Wish I read the video other 1 star reviews.I paid $120. My car rims were either not touched or cleaned extremely poorly.The attendant told me it couldn’t be cleaned any further. I then used my finger and showed him the grease on my hand. He then got a spray bottle with some standard solution and went over them. Very BASICSee the before and after.Very disappointed to say the least. It’s an expensive service and it was poorly executed with the staff then reluctant to fix the job.Won’t be going back.

The Bondi Junction Star provides an excellent service in addition to being reasonable, honest decent guys. Prices are indicative of the level of service, the car looks incredible every time. Repeat customer, will exclusively let these guys touch my car.

Just go for a normal wash and vacuum. If they claim to give you extras or there is a good package with polishing etc that helps to remove all dirt, don't pay for the extras. Paid $130 here but hood of car still had dried dirt and they used their nails to scrap it off.

At first I was satisfied. The staff member on even I collected the car had informed me they were having issues with receipts and will send me it electronically....6 days later. No receipt. No response. Pretend everything is ok. Also, they didn't properly clean the car. They perfumed it to make it seem clean. I was looking at my neck seat and there are still marks! Never go here. This receipt issue is really bad. They charged me 250, I said I'm going to need the receipt to be reimbursed by my company. Not reliable

To be honest, I am so so disappointed in this wash. I paid for the polish for a ‘special price’ of $180 for my SUV.I noticed so many marks on the mirrors and wheels and it just was not cleaned externally- ie leaves stuck in the bonnet, marks on the windows and doors. It’s really not nice.Internally, they just used armor all to polish the seats, which did nothing and in fact damaged the seats.Little things like cleaning the rear vision mirror, audio screen- just didn’t happen.I won’t be returning and urge people reading to not support this franchise.It’s such a shame as their other operators ie in Double Bay are much better at cleaning.Such a joke.

I would highly recommend this car wash to everyone. The manager and his team did a really awesome job. We just came to do shopping at the Westfield from parramatta, these guys managed to clean my brother's car spotlessly. Thank you for such an amazing service.
