Brilliant customer service. Very prompt and staff were incredibly helpful. The baby mirror I purchased was damaged upon arrival. Not only did they respond to my email almost immediately but offered to replace the item without any hassle. Would highly recommend purchasing from here.

Amazing customer service. I purchased two owlet socks for my twins through these guys, one didn’t work and was giving false alarms. They replaced the faulty part with out an issue and were a pleasure to deal with. I was speaking to Gillian, she was fantastic. Thank you.

Purchased a high chair from here many years ago, recently got it out of storage to set up for the new baby and had misplaced a foot for one of the legs. Reached out on the website and had a replacement part sent out the same day. Great service!!! (And a great high chair to start with as well)

Just in case anyone gets confused like me, this isn’t a physical store you can shop at, it’s a warehouse. I mistakenly rocked up wanting to buy a mattress protector. Thankfully the lady there was so nice and got it for me even though they’re not actually a store, so I didn’t waste the trip!

High quality Linea cot, super easy to set up and customer service has been impeccable. The cot has a few different functions that I love, and can continue using even after infant age.

I normally don't write bad reviews but this time I felt obligated to let other people know to avoid disappointment if one of their items they buy from this company is faulty. This company does NOT care about their customers. We bought a rocking chair which was faulty. When rocking it the chair kept turning 45 degrees and did not stay in the same spot. We drove all the way to their warehouse to swap the chair and the new chair did the exact same thing when testing this in front of the staff. The owner of the company Nigel was not happy with our complaint and didn't even want to look at the issue. He made us feel like we were complaining about nothing and could not admit the chairs (made In China) where a bad batch. We felt extremely uncomfortable with his bad attitude and we ended up going for one of the dirty showroom models that seemed to appear it was working ok when testing it out briefly. unfortunately when using it in our home the chair ended up slowly moving backwards and shifting to the right while rocking for around 5 minutes and end up crashing against the wall. At this point we decided this was not going to work for us because when I will be breastfeeding my baby I can't keep standing up to move the chair back to its position. It's just not practical and a rocking chair should not supposed to do this. We requested a refund and the refund was being refused. This was a $700 rocking chair that I can't use now and I'm extremely upset. I will be taking this to consumer affairs. I'm absolutely disgusted on how we have been treated by this company. We never even received an apology for the inconvenience and instead they made us feel like we were doing something wrong.. All we wanted was a chair that worked...

Had a fault with a product. Called and they sent a replacement by courier the same day. Good experience

Best Customer Service Ever Received!I purchased a Bumbleride Indie pram from one of their registered dealers and after 18 months we had an unfortunate issue with the frame one Sunday. I contacted Danish by Design on the Monday, spoke to Judi and the team, who acknowledged receipt of our issue and confirmed a replacement to resolve the issue. We received the frame on the Wednesday - in record time!I have never received such excellent customer service before - from the minute I called, to being kept informed of the shipping details, to the fact that they replaced the frame so quickly to ensure we had a pram to use (which we do so on a daily basis).I would highly recommend our pram - it is excellent in every way - and Danish by Design, and would not buy from another brand based on our experiences this week. Kudos to Judi and the team at Danish by Design.
