Violeta’s assistance was essential to enabling us to secure a suitable rental property in Newcastle (in a very tight market) before our relocation from Brisbane. She gave us great advice on location and quality after thoroughly inspecting each option for us and providing her honest opinion on its pros and cons. Additionally she met the agent to get keys, prepared the condition report and provided access to our removalist to enable us to arrive later.My husband and I highly recommend her services.

Very happy to recommend Violeta. We moved to Newcastle at a busy time, just in time for the start of the school year. We weren't able to attend house inspections in person due to moving from out of town, Violeta did the inspections on our behalf and made the process stress free. She was available and responsive in communicating and was honest in her reports based on our requirements.
