Again my Architect told me to use CHAD GROUP for our new house and their diligence, knowledge and expertise was exceptional from the start.I spoke with the founding Director who was just so pleasant and easy to deal with ( thank you Harry).The team managed our project so well and lived up to the promise that they would deliver a great result which now speaks for itself.I couldn't falter the workmanship and nothing seemed too complex during the process.I can be fastidious when it comes to detail! So to have some one be able to deal with that and still deliver with a smile I have to give credit too!The facades team was equally detail oriented and delivered an outstanding result ( Thank you to Adrian and Team, all our neighbours have commented on how great it looks, so expect a few calls)I would highly recommend and had a great experience !

Wouldn't recommend it! worst customer service ever! We were told that they would call before making the delivery to make sure someone was there. But we had to call them twice to follow up on it. When we finally did get a call from the delivery guy, who was already at the store we got sworn at for not being there. Told us to listen to him because we didn't know what we were talking about. The person at the office (who was also rude) had apparently called us and left a message that they were coming. We didn't get one phone call or message from them. It may be on their records, but there's nothing on our records. They could have the wrong number, but there is no reason for them to be swearing at us. Change of staff or training of staff for customer service is urgently needed.

Great place for plaster and fittings, plus the guys are extremely helpful.

Friendly service and big veriety of plaster products. I found what I was looking for. One thing to suggest, please have a mitre box for customers to use. I needed 2 cuts only

Friendly, easy to deal with but most importantly they take time to share very practical advice and suggestions on various projects that I have sought advice. Pricing is good easy undercover access for loading.

Misleading quotation and poor book keeping. Be prepared to be invoiced in stages even two years after job completion. Average job ... cornice joints very visible ... damaged other property (sliding door glazing) while performing work ...

We used CHAD when renovating our edwardian style home which included replastering the whole house and replacing the existing heritage cornices and ceiling roses. Everyone we dealt with was efficient, friendly and professional from start to finish and the workmanship especially on the cornice is fantastic. They were extremely diligent in checking their work and ensuring all defects were rectified addressed prior to finishing up. They were also extremely cost efficient compared with other quotes received. Would highly recommend their services.
