Dogoverboard

The Owner needs to take responsibility when advised that dogs are injured in their care. Two of my dogs have suffered eye ulcerations after attending this salon.

The team at Dog Overboard have looked after our family dog for over 10 years. Stanley (a corgi x shih tzu) has always been treated with incredible service by the team and they have gone above and beyond to care for his grooming needs as he has aged. He loves his visits there and we love the professionalism, kindness and dedication to dog wellbeing that Dog Overboard shows Stanley time after time. Attached are some before and afters taken after a disastrous DIY attempt during lockdowns that the team were more than happy to help rectify.

I have had many horrible experiences from groomers in the past been over charged a lot many times before and I highly recommend dog overboard to anyone with concerns my little Murphy has had it rough to say the least with being traumatised from being attacked it has been hard to find a groomer that made Murphy feel comfortable and actually Complete a full groom the staff here where absolutely amazing and understanding And did everything they could to get him done I’d never seen him so excited and happy After a groom but he’s was just as playful as he is at home not only did they make him look so amazing they helped him through all the scary parts of the groom and he came out happier than ever.Here is a before and after Photos of little Murphy

I've recently completed puppy preschool at Dog Overboard, as well as 10+ years of sporadic use of their grooming services for various dogs I've owned. I can honestly say that you will struggle to find anywhere else that loves what they do so much, as well as them actually being really good at it. The owner is next level" when it comes to her overall knowledge of dogs in general

Our dog has been going there for years despite them getting the booking and grooming style completely wrong every time, and now we've been told she should be taken to a vet for grooming and possibly sedated. Ridiculously poor with detail and happily never taking her there again.

Can't commend Zara, Britt and the team enough! Never has there been a better service at a dog grooming salon. My Spaniel always comes home clipped to perfection and has always received love from the whole team at Dogoverboard. Worth every cent to take your best friend here to make sure they're looking their best!

I have been taking my Maltese shitzu to Dogoverboard for a number of years and always been happy but today was a totally different experience. Firstly when I got there to pick him up at the pre arranged time I was told he was going to be another hour, a phone call would of been nice. Secondly, his groom was nothing like usual, his coat was still much longer than it usually is and the price went up on top of all that so I will have to take him to the groomer sooner than normal but it won't be to Dogoverboard. I don't know what's happened but there was all young seemingly inexperienced people working there now.
