Can not recommend Team Air enough. After months of searching for someone just to come out and look at our ducted air conditioner I was recommended to Shannon and Jamie at Team Air, what a relief. I called and spoke to Shannon she could not help me enough we spoke about the problem and she answered every question I asked without hesistation. She sent out Jarrod to have a look again no question was to hard and he explained everything he was doing. After many phone calls and visits from Jarrod we finally have our new air conditioning. I have no problems recommending Team Air to anyone all staff were so professional and friendly nothing was to hard they have given me faith in tradesman again. Thank you everyone at Team Air.

I rang over two weeks ago. Recorded message said to leave a number and they will get back to me. Still waiting. My husband has also rung and spoke to someone who said they will get back to us with information for price etc. Still waiting. What has happened to service ?

I would recommend Team Air without giving a second thought. The technician that came to service our units arrived on time, his uniform was neat and tidy as was his vehicle. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable on top of having an eye for the details.Thank you Team Air. The level of customer service and technical expertise we received was outstanding.

Really bad and rude service. They are do their best to squeezing money.They don't reply email in time.And indiscriminate charge. The technician is unprofessional as well. He doesn't know what he should do. And the time is not correct. They only fix 4 hrs But charge us 10！ I even paid his lunch time？？？ Do Not Recommend！

I got an Actron ducted installed by Team Air! They were great from start to end. The technicians were professional and tidy, also very helpful in explaining on how to operate the unit. I highly recommend Team Air and Electrical for your air conditioning needs.

Thank you Team Air & Electrical for your prompt response to our rental property needing to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom replaced. Your team member that attended site was friendly to our tenants and arrived at the advised time frame.

Terrible experience. Was not able to fix broken airconditioning unit as Mitsubishi's designated provider, despite advising a site visit and recognising the error code over the phone. Charged $340 regardless and totally unresponsive in further follow ups

I used team air and electrical for a complete ducted air conditioning unit. Due to parts being an issue I waited a few months for the installation but once it was installed it all went smoothly. Happy with the installation team and product that was installed.

Seems that if you give them a star rating less than what they're wanting, they cancel the work you've been waiting months for. Having a 2.6-star rating tells me that there are other customers who are as unhappy with them as I am. The only communication with Team Air was AFTER I had called wanting an update - twice. At their insistence, I paid for the whole job when they quoted back in early March. I understand supply chain issues with parts - but good customer communication suggests that the 'provider' contacts the customer to advise what the status of the repair is. If you're thinking of using Team Air, read the reviews. Nothing much seems to have changed in 9 years.Far from happy. Paid for the repair in full (their rules) months ago and it still hasn't been completed. They're blaming LG for Parts supply, but don't bother following LG up when it hasn't arrived. Suggest you look elsewhere
