Maitland Air & Electrical

Called in December for an error that was appearing on my Aircon. 4 thousand dollars and countless visits and still not working. Still have the same error. Had to diagnose the unit myself and when asked them for a price for the part they were double anywhere else. I would not use again.

Great service from these guys - came exactly when they said, helpfully rearranged when my circumstances changed and fixed my problem. Extremely polite and pleasant young technicians.

Could not fault Maitland Air & Electrical, from quote to installation to after sales questions, they are brilliant. I did obtain 2 quotes and Maitland were a tad higher than the other company however the other company made such a big deal about the process I went with Maitland Air & Electrical because they made the process easy. The tradesmen were all polite and very professional. Arrived on time, worked hard all day to complete the job and worked well as a team. Answered all my questions. I have no problem recommending them for any work you need and will use them for all future works.Have just had the team come service the unit, so professional from start to finish.Highly recommended

I had a shocking experience with a Cessnock based air conditioning company, which I will not name because I’ve already had so much nasty aggression from the owner when I expressed my disappointment. But it seems everyone knows about this dodgy business in Cessnock - since then I have used Maitland air conditioning and I have been absolutely blown away with their professionalism and quality of work. I will continue to use them and I will continue to recommend them to anyone I know. I just wish that I used them for installing my units and not the other Dodgy people.

The new place we rented had voltage drop down issues which was affecting the functioning of the appliances. The lads did a perfect job of repairing the issue and checking each outlet for assurance. This shows the quality of work and professionalism. They were very polite. One of them was also providing a crash course on electrical circuits to the young apprentice working with him. I would highly recommend this business to everyone.

The guys at Maitland AC & electrical are super friendly & professional & did an outstanding job installing new AC units, LED downlights, fans & other electrical work at our house.
