Mint Kitchen & Bathroom Renovations

We truly cannot recommend Mint highly enough. We engaged them to redesign/remodel/renovate four rooms in our home (our kitchen, two bathrooms and a powder room) after reading recommendations on local social media groups.Mint were absolutely fantastic at every step of the way - from ease of communication (thanks Rath!) to clever and exquisite design (thanks Alicia!) and fantastic workmanship (thanks Gino, Sheradyn and team!). The quality of Mint's work was truly excellent. An unexpected extra perk was Mint's professional networks (for things like flooring, fixtures and fittings) - we were referred to excellent suppliers, which came in very handy, making the selection of fixtures, fittings and floorings simple, competitively priced and of high quality.Working with Alicia (our interior designer) was a particular highlight - she was fantastic at knowing how to offer us the right amount of options and choices (so that our home turned out the way we wanted without the choices being overwhelming). Her expertise was absolutely invaluable - it felt like she really understood what we wanted (both at a 'big picture' level, but also with small details).I honestly can't imagine that there is a company out there that would have got us a better result. I can see why they continue to receive awards year after year!

This was our second project with Mint Kitchens who had done a great job on our kitchen renovation a few years ago. This time we renovated an ensuite and our European laundry. We were again delighted by the attention to detail in the design and execution of the projects. We had visits to our home by both our designer, Alicia, and project manager, Gino, as well as our visits to the showroom to go through details of the designs and for us to view samples of tiles, colours, etc. We have ended up with a stunning ensuite and a much more functional laundry where space has been used very effectively. We very impressed by all the tradespeople who participated in the project, and would definitely recommend Mint Kitchens.

We had our Mint kitchen thoroughly and beautifully designed and installed in less time than expected. Frank and Alicia's eye for detail and high standards made them a wonderful team to work with. They were available and warm and saw to all the details we required including sourcing appliances that would fit the spaces and going back to the drawing board occasionally when my husband and I debated over tiles and lights. Gino the builder answered every text message and was reliable and thorough. A kitchen reno with building requirements is stressful enough. The group from Mint kitchens ensured we were managed too.

Our reno was seriously delayed due to covid, but it was so worth it despite the wait. Very happy with Mint and their builders - the quality of the build, the tile install, all finishing details very high. Also they made it right when (as is inevitable in a big project) things went wrong. Was a pleasure to work with Alicia, our designer, she was very patient with all my design ideas and really collaborative and open to input. Extremely happy with the final result.

Rath and the team at Mint Kitchen Group have been absolutely incredible at helping us create a very functional European laundry in a small space which unfortunately wasn't provided by the developer at the apartment we purchased off the plan.We initially used someone local who at first had a very can do attitude but did a really terrible job so we contacted Mint and really made our vision come to life. We initially spoke with Rath in July 2021 but due to covid lockdowns and some other major works that needed to be undertaken at our apartment only able to finally have works completed in October 2022. It has been a very long relationship and Rath and Gino (builder and his team) they have been nothing short of understanding and accomodating to our special circumstances when we have had to move the works while we had works at our end completed. Having had to demolish our kitchen island due to our floors being redone unexpectedly we also managed to get them to squeeze us in to design and install an island at fairly short notice considering it was nearing the end of the year when they things are hectic. Thank you Rath/Gino and his team with all the chaos and stress we had to endure with other parties it was so refreshing to deal with people that really take pride in what they do and dealing with any issues that arise rather than being complacent and not taking responsibility.

Mint Kitchen in Moonee Ponds are a considered, responsive team who’s long experience allows them to provide a wholistic and comprehensive kitchen design and manufacturing service. They were patient and very happy to work with all my ideas as our renovation changed over a number of years from a kitchen redo, into a full house overall. Marzena has lovely ideas and a wealth of practical knowledge that I needed and the whole team is a delight to work with. Even through lockdown our kitchen was never held up and they did a beautiful job installing.

I found the team at Mint to be very good. Great communication throughout the whole experience particularly by the project manager and co-ordinator of the Trades. The whole team were great to work with and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I’ve just had my kitchen and dining area renovated by Joelene, Frank and Rath at Mint Kitchens – it has seriously been the best experience we’ve had to date in renovations all the way from initial consult to design through to implementation. Their service, thoughtfulness and expertise to understand our hopes and convert that into a design made it a true masterpiece. The whole team at Mint are genuinely great people who communicate well and are fun to be around. They also partner with a builder organisation (Gino) who are leagues above in their cleanliness, expertise and timeliness - the hardest parts of my renovations were the parts they weren’t managing! Even minor issues were attended to well and they were very easy to work with. Finally, in the midst of supply chain and trade challenges, they still completed on time which we were so pleased about. Honestly cant be more impressed with an amazing company and partnership – there’s no question I would use them again next time. 11 out of 10!

We contacted a few all-inclusive design & build kitchen companies, and we chose to proceed with Mint Kitchens Moonee Ponds for our kitchen, bathroom & laundry renovations in 2022.From start to finish, Alicia, Gino and the Mint team were professional, transparent with costs and delivered on time. We were regularly contacted with progress updates.Having never gone through the renovation experience before, it went smoother than expected and if we had any questions or concerns, they were all addressed. The room designs are brilliant and have made the rooms more efficient with space and a joy to use. Being able to see the 3D render of the rooms helped us visualise what the final result would look like, which gave us the confidence in the decision making process. The design and material recommendations by Alicia helped us immensely. This guidance and expertise was what we were looking for. Alicia was knowledgeable, patient and professional throughout the whole process, it was a pleasure working with her.The quality of the build is impressive and we can't recommend our renovation experience with Mint Kitchens more highly. Mint Kitchens are a wonderful design and building team. This is the 4th time we’ve had them work on a project in our house and have been extremely happy with all their designs, the ease of working with them and then the way the builders complete their trades. Alicia and Frank put so much time and energy into our kitchen design getting all the details perfect as well as coming up with a very different design and functional space. I love cooking in my new kitchen and it has such a ‘wow’ factor. Gino once again excelled with his tradies and brilliant organisation even through Melbourne’s hard lockdown. He always figures out a solution to problems that arise and let’s me know what’s happening the whole way through.Can’t thank the Mint team enough for their expertise and professionalism throughout our kitchen renovation.
