Ignorant!!!! Ordered paid for food, then they proceeded to chat to each other for a further 10 min, ignoring me, before even putting my food in the fryer to start cooking!! This isn't the first time I've been in and made to feel as if I'm an inconvenience!

Overpriced, ridiculous portion sizes of chips, bad customer service and the boss is very very rude (doesn’t like to be wrong). Upsets me that this has been my local fish and chip shop for 4 years now. Can someone else buy this shop?????

Bought a seafood basket last Sunday, contents where nothing like the menu . Was supposed to have 6 fish cocktails but not one to be seen . Just ended up with a container full of greasy calamari, no explanation or communication, bloody hopeless.

Not even a 1. Waited in line for 10 minutes . Served everyone infront of me. Waited at the counter for 10 minutes . Decided I'll sit and wait till there ready to serve me then . Sat down for a further 10minutes . I've been in the store for 30minutes now and havnt been served mind u I get a 40minute break . Ended up leaving with no food what a joke

Will not come here again . The girls got my order wrong , I went back to get it fixed and was smuggly told by the man that I was wrong and they were right. Very bad customer service and attitude.

This is one of those original Australian local Milkbars. Great food without all the bells and whistles or crowds of a nearby establishment. Wraps are terrific as well as usual hamburgers.

Absolutely Gross, I could have eaten dog Pooh off the floor in some stale bread and it would have been better then their beef burgers. Not too mention the waiting tome.... horrible service, very rude and made me pack my order into the plastic bag myself after basically throwing it at me. 0 stars.
