Netanya Noosa Beachfront Resort

Appalling welcome ! Not: “ welcome back! Thank you for returning. Settle In and pop down to complete your check in. Let us know if we can do anything to make your stay comfortable “. What we received was: we need your credit card now It was top drawer officiousness followed up by an equally rude text. Whatever happened to good service ? No one here enrolled in service 101. We’ve been here multiple times and today was their PB.

Location is the only good thing! Rooms are small and outdated. Definitely not what you see on their website. We did make a complaint on arrival about the room and were moved.The main room is so bright from outside lights and Hastings street with no black out provided. Beds are terrible and the air conditioner is so loud you need to turn it off to fall asleep.Thank god for the location and nice weather.Not worth the $750-$850 per night price tag.

Stayed for 2 nights and it was excellent. Well appointed apartment with everything you need, good location, walk directly on to the beach or use the on-site pool.Handy drinks/ deli downstairs. On-site parking helpful friendly staff, what’s not to like!

Relaxing place with many different features to keep you and the family entertained. Pool, Spa, grass area and quick access to the beach are all Amazing. Customer service is standard, with minor issues including ‘balls’ in the pool and not letting us use desks.Overall a good establishment.

Had a wonderful family holiday here. The appartement was beautiful and the views stunning. The pool was refreshing and clean but we preferred the beach on our front step.During this very busy time, staff was very accommodating. Although there were some teething issues when we checked in, difficulties were resolved quickly and professionally.

We have stayed at Netanya previously and it was wonderful. Having just stayed again at Netanya in late March/early April 2022 it was a far different experience. The construction work was significant with jack hammering ALL day within the resort. The car park was only accessible before 7.30am : between 10.00 - 10.30am : 2.00pm - 2.30pm. This meant that we had to find a car park on the street the night before leaving as we were leaving before 10am the following day. It was just tough luck if we wanted to use our car from the carpark outside of these hours. The staff were indifferent to the inconveniences experienced. When booking, the extent of restrictions and disruption from construction was not evident at all. We were told that the rate was reduced and quoted a reduction from the rack" rate which is not "real" on most booking sites. We definitely would not have stayed at Netanya during construction if Netanya had have been honest about the level of disruption. We couldn't wait to leave to relax!"

My family had booked a ten day stay here and due to catching covid they can not make the booking. They have tried to move the booking back but have been told ‘tough luck’! The resort will not move their booking and plans on pocketing the $6,000 they have already paid them. Absolutely disgusting! Completely unethical and bad business. I’m shocked that they think they can conduct themselves so poorly.

Amazing location, loved being able to walk out the back door onto the beach.Rooms were spacious, and the rooftop was a great office" for some quick work. Also had a BBQ setup which we unfortunately didn't get to test but would have gone great with the hampers available onsite."

There’s something about this place that I love so much. It’s probably my favourite hotel during my stay in Australia. I really enjoyed how it was styled to be more of a vacation home, where you could cook with fresh produce from the lobby market at your own leisure. I stayed in one of the rooms on the top floor, which had a second floor for a rooftop tanning deck with lie-flat chairs, high tables, and a shady umbrella. There were literally two patios for one room! So many accommodations, and the place was very spacious. Cant forget about the views!! Thanks for the stay everyone, customer service was great!
