Seems as though the recipes have changed in the cheesecakes. Tried a few different ones over the past few months now and seems like they've become heavy handed on nutmeg (possibly) in the base. The kids are refusing to eat the base now. Also the lemon curd seems to have changed as well. Not happy with the changes in the recipes, why change an amazing thing!!!After giving a few different ones a try it now looks like I'll have to find a new cake shop. All our extended family are very disappointed, news has been traveling about this.

Have been getting cakes from here for many years. It is a franchise so you know what you are going to get no matter which cheesecake shop you are going to. The mud cake we got recently was fresh and delicious. They seem very manufactured and not like a bakery cake shop. Recommend us you just need a cake pretty quickly which is better than a supermarket cake but still pretty manufactured.

Ordered a birthday cake online however after placing the order noticed a section on the website what's new" after clicking into it saw different cakes that were not listed in the celebration cakes section. I called the store and asked to change the order as I am picking it up tomorrow. I was told the cake was already made this morning and decorated. (This was roughly 20 minutes after placing the order) the cake is to be picked up tomorrow

I called just under a week prior to needing the cake to be made for my sons 6th Birthday. All he wanted during lockdown seeing he couldn’t even have a party is an iron man cake with frosting. The docket which was show for me stated that. Yet it is not what we receive and I had to wait 30 minutes for a cake that was meant to be done hours ago with crying kids in car. Will never use this franchise again.

Once again we had a successful Birthday celebration yesterday which wouldn't have been the same without the gorgeous looking and amazing tasting cake to finish it all off. Kids and adults were raving about what a delicious mud cake The Cheesecake Shop in Albury supplied us and, that's why we continue to rely on them for every occasion - Thank you to Tony & staff :)

They have made many of our children's birthday cakes and continue to amaze our family and friends with their creative designs and always delicious masterpieces. Eli's Rain Forest Cake was everything he imagined and more! We highly recommend The Cheese Cake Shop Albury and we look forward to next years theme.
