This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Paid $700 for a full vacate clean including windows and carpets as extras. During the final inspection with my realestate we both realise that more than half of the cleaning is not done! The bathrooms are dirty, the floors have not been done, the walls have not been done, benches not wiped down, windows not done at all (even after specifically paying extra!) the list goes on and on. I was absolutely shocked. I called Kim and arranged for the cleaners to come back as I had already paid for a job that was not done! Half an hour before the time the cleaners were supposed to be there she canceled saying they were tired and won’t be coming. After many text messages back and fourth of abuse from Kim telling me i am rude and selfish expecting the cleaning to be done “again” when it was not even done in the first place and they have a 48 hour guarantee! She finished by telling me to clean my own house next time. I then had to pay another $700 for my realestate cleaners to re do the entire house. This was the most disgusting service I have ever come across! I am currently in the process with consumer protection for a complete refund after being ignored by Kim repeatedly. I wanted to warn people of this horrible company and the treatment I have received! Would not recommend to absolutely anyone! Stear clear!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Organised vacate clean on our rental. After they had finished i went to check the cleanliness and noticed quite a few areas were missed. I was told by Ok cleaning to wait to hear from the real estate agent with their list of items missed and they would come back again. It took a few days for real estate to check cleanliness then ok cleaning refused to return as it had been passed the 48 hr guarantee. Even though i called then to tell them an hour after they left that the job was incomplete. I reported it to consumer protection but unfortunately they were unable to obtain a partial refund as job was incomplete as ok cleaning refused. Disgusting. I hope more people report this business and its unethical behaviour.
