I love this place! I have been going here for nearly 10 years, and Dr. Kylie has been, and continues to be amazing all this time! Her kind, caring nature, with empathy towards her patient's human is genuine and appreciated! I love that Dr. Kylie spends the time answering my questions honestly. All the staff are always so lovely and understanding. It is clear they all love their jobs, and care deeply for animals! I know that my pets are well cared for here ❤️

We had a distressed dog who was suffering major pain and in our thoughts was going to pass away - we were very worried for our beloved pet of 16 years. Our dog had not visited this vet as we had taken him to a vet the other side of town. We rang Unley vet as this was now closer in our time of need and it all seemed too hard for us to bring him for assessment . The girl who answered the phone was indecisive and could not make a decision explaining is was going to be too hard as he had not been there before she would have to create a client card with the possibility of not needing a client card again for this pet. She put us on hold , we were angered with her lack of compassion and we hung up. We then travelled for 30min to the vet the other side of town who agreed he was very unwell and needed to be put to sleep . Whilst your vets are highly skill and respected in the community the staff answering the phone have let your practice down in our time of need.

Great service, always on time & staff who genuinely love the animals they care for. They're also easy to talk to, and I feel we make a great partnership in caring for my dog ❤️

Am very happy with the experiences i have had so far. The vet was happy to listen and answer any questions i had and the atmosphere was very friendly. Most importantly it was great to see the gentleness and care given. I could tell my kitten was in trusting kind hands that tried to make the visit as stress-free as possible for her. Thank you so much.

This Vet surgery and all the staff have given the most caring and kind service to our dog over many years. They were always so gentle with her and explained to us if she needed treatment or medication. She loved going there because they all gave her so much love and attention (and treats!). When time came for us to say goodbye to our beautiful girl the Vets and all Staff were incredibly kind and compassionate. I am so glad we chose them to care for our dog.

Service is ok. Just extremely expensive! Have to be very careful to make sure the cost worth here.Gave my cat test without notifying how much the test is and asking if you can take the price. Charge over triple price on the medication and products than normal online price. Extra 28$ prescription fee charged if not having medication from them, shouldn’t this be included in the consultation fee? Literally just didn’t put a sign on their forehead says “I want money!”
