I have been seeing Jamie and his team for over 5 years now! I regularly go for tuneups, particularly the Tuesday before a weekend race! You need to book in advance as they fill up fast, but he’s also very accommodating for emergencies that flare up. Can’t recommend AIM sports enough!

I've been a client at Aim Sports Recovery for several years now, Jamie is very knowledgeable and provides a fantastic deep tissue massage.I've also been to Bianca for Osteopath treatment, and she is amazing!

Have been a client at AIM for the past few years and the extra work that Jamie, Bianca and Jaz have put in to help me has been no less than exceptional. All three have such great knowledge and and have made me feel comfortable during sessions and walk out feeling in better condition. I would definitely recommend AIM to anyone with sporting injuries to manage their bodies.

Ive been seeing Jamie for approximately 6 months, initially for assistance with managing long term shin splints. I had seen many health care providers in the past for this problem but hadnt experienced any real relief. As a runner, it was frustrating as i was unable to increase my mileage. However, since my treatments with Jmaie, I have been able to increase my mileage to the point that i was able to complete a marathon and im now training for an ultra. This wouldnt have been possible without Jamies expertise. Jamie is a skilled myotherapist, as well as a lovely person who makes you feel instantly at ease, and cared for.

Jamie is hands down the best therapist I've experienced. Not one of those therapists that want to keep you coming back with mediocre treatments and has you keep spending money...but actually keeps up to date with the most advanced and best treatment techniques/tools in the industry and gives you the knowledge yourself to stay optimal.Definitely give him a try, as you won't regret it!
