Radicool Air exceeded all expectations with the fantastic job they did installing my ducted Air Conditioning (Daikin 12.5kW Premium with iZone Smart Home system) – which they fully completed in a single day!A HUGE THANKS to the entire team, Gareth, Joel, Tom, Luke, Mark, Aiden and Kai (an awesome bunch of guys). Each knew exactly what they were doing, everyone had the right attitude and a great work ethic.They arrived on time and were well presented. They consulted with me, when required, to ensure the optimal placement and that I was satisfied.They made minimal mess during the install and cleaned everything up before they left.An exceptional job guys on the ducted install – 10/10. The system is quiet and is working perfectly. Thank you team!!!P.S. Unbelievable service! Communication from the start on when they would arrive to our new house and what they needed to do was great! And price was even better then I expected..We were given all the information in a report with photos at the end of works to help us maintain our ducted air condition unit. Would and will be using these guys in the future 100%

Radicool attended our property several times (as official Panasonic agents) over many weeks, apparently repairing the same exact fault on all occasions and still we are left with a non-functioning A/C system.As soon as it became a difficult job, it became everyone else's problem, they didn't return calls, the owner seemingly didn't know anything and they were unable to actually do a thorough test of the A/C.We are now forced to look elsewhere to try and fix the issue as it is not a priority to Radicool and the soonest they could attend is many weeks away.Really don't waste your time if you've got anything vaguely difficult for them.
